Family Programming
For the whole family, on the same morning.
Your kids are not the only ones who get to be held here.
Family Programming runs Tuesdays and Saturdays. The morning is structured so moms get genuine, uninterrupted time for their own movement while children ages 2.5 to 12 are in the atelier and outdoors with skilled, deeply invested guides. Babies and toddlers stay close to mom, welcomed as part of the rhythm of the morning.
For moms
Primal Movement
Movement built for the body you actually have right now.
This 45-minute session is designed to support nervous system regulation while restoring the foundational movement patterns your body relies on to heal and function well. Through the natural recoding of primal patterns, including rest, walking and crawling, squatting, and bending, you'll reconnect with the way your body was intended to move. These patterns form the foundation for strength, stability, and resilience. As you relearn and integrate them, you'll begin to decrease pain, improve function, and move with greater ease. Because these movements mirror the real, everyday demands of motherhood, this work goes beyond exercise. It retrains your body to meet those demands with capacity, confidence, and sustainability. Sessions also honor your hormonal rhythms, whether you're cycling, postpartum, or perimenopausal. This is not a performance. It's a return to your own capacity, alongside women who understand the season you're in.
Tuesdays and Saturdays, 10:30 to 11:15 am. Included with Family Programming.

Ages 2.5 to 12
Open Art Atelier
Not crafts. Real creative work, self-directed.
Not crafts, not step-by-step projects. An open studio stocked with painting, sculpting, beadwork, loose parts, and collaborative invitations, where children follow what interests them. Some spend an hour deep in a single project. Others move between creating, building, and imagining. Both are equally right here.
Tuesdays and Saturdays, 10:30 to 11:15 am. Runs alongside Primal Movement.
Ages 2.5 to 12
Forest Free Play
Big movement, open space, real social development.
Big movement, open space, and the kind of social play that actually develops children. Mud kitchen, loose parts, climbing, building, water and sensory materials. Adults are present, attentive, and skilled, and they step back intentionally so kids can figure things out.
Tuesdays 11:30 to 2:00, Saturdays 11:30 to 1:00. Atelier closes as forest play begins.

A note on our rhythm: these are the shape of a typical day, not a rule we march to. When the kids are lost in a project or chasing a big question, we follow it instead of the clock. That freedom is the whole reason to learn this way.

While your children roam the woods, you are not on a bench watching. You move, you rest, you talk to women who get it. And when you need something that is only yours, there is a whole side of Wildling & Wonder built for exactly that.
